The Board of Directors of PROTON Holdings Berhad wishes to announce the following:

MOU WITH MMC

Both PONSB and MMC have agreed to extend the MOU for another three (3) months period ending on 2 February 2007.

UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PONSB, CHERY AND ALADO

All the parties have agreed to extend the feasibility study period in relation to the Understanding between PONSB, CHERY and ALADO till 28 February 2007.
