The Board of Directors of Texchem Resources Bhd. (“TRB”) wishes to announce that Seapack Italia S.r.l (“Seapack Italia”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Texchem Food Sdn. Bhd. (“TFSB”) which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of TRB, has on 12 July 2011 commenced liquidation proceedings voluntarily in accordance with the Laws of Italy (hereinafter referred to as the “Voluntary Liquidation”).

Mr Antonino Lancieri of VIA Tiberio Imperatore N.15, 00145 Roma, Italia has been appointed as the liquidator of Seapack Italia by its shareholder, TFSB at the Ordinary Meeting of Seapack Italia held in Italy on 12 July 2011 for the purposes of the Voluntary Liquidation.
