We wish to announce the status of compliance of the remaining condition imposed by the Securities Commission (“SC”) in their approval letter dated 7 May 2004 for the listing of KHIB on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, on the properties occupied by the KHIB Group as detailed in the table below.

The SC had via its letter dated 3 June 2009 approved an extension of time of eighteen (18) months up to 7 November 2010 for the Company to comply with the above condition.
