    Kindly be advised of the following:

    (i) The compulsory conversion of all outstanding GKENT's ICULS will be at 5.00 p.m., on Monday, 4 January 2010
    (ii) The trading of the ICULS will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 15 December 2009.

    (iii) The ICULS will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 5 January 2010.
