Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Tanah Emas Corporation Berhad has on 28 August 2008, proposed a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of RM0.05 per shares for the year ended 30 June 2008, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the date of payment of the dividend.
