Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (45) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Symphony House Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company and the purchaser of SGSB, Computer Sense Sdn Bhd have today mutually agreed to further extend the cut-off date for the completion of the Share Sale Agreement to 31 July 2007.
