Remarks :
The Board of Directors has declared the following interim dividend on the ordinary shares of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2006:-

1. First Interim Dividend - 1% less income tax of 28% per share amounting to RM3,143,916 was paid on 30 December 2005.

2. Second Interim Dividend - 1% less income tax of 28% per share amounting to approximately RM3,278,000. The date of payment is 28 April 2006.

3. Third Interim Dividend - 2% less income tax of 28% per share amounting to approximately RM6,600,000. The date of payment shall be determined by the Directors at a later date.
