On 19th July 2005, the Board of Directors of Symphony announced that on 18 July 2005, the Company had received the Notice of the Voluntary Offer from Bolton Berhad ("Bolton").

In accordance with Section 36(2) of the Malaysian Code on Take Overs and Mergers, 1998 ("the Code"), Symphony wishes to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that Mr Foo San Kan, a director of Symphony has dealt in the following voting shares on 27th December 2005, details of which are as follows:-
